Very cold today but the sun helped with the mood...
and we had 5.7" of snow on Thursday and it's hard to believe the city has plowed our street 3 times. We went to the grocery on Friday and had no problem at all except pushing the cart to the car.
I just finished the 4th block in the Civil War blocks of the week at Barbara Brackman's blog.
The block is called Texas Tears and believe me I almost cried some myself. I was doing a lot of ripping out at first and finally the light bulb went on. LOL Piecing is not my forte.

Your block looks great. It was kind of interesting to do.
