I finished this bunny this week from Kristie's Kreations pattern.

We had snow again after a lot of rain yesterday on election day. There is a lot of flooding around even in our backyard.

I also made a small bunny for a pin doll swap and now will make something for St. Pat's day. Then I will be making a small doily for a swap at C'ville. She likes purple so that's what I will use.

I have joined the nicest forum called Sunbonnet Sue Chat. This is one of my favorite quilt patterns . The ladies there are so nice in welcoming me in there. I want to make a wall hanging for a I love my country challenge at CC.

I hope DD's sonagram goes well Thursday I know she is nervous about it.

Well I had a post all written out and it disappeared. The weather here is worse than it was in January hopefully spring in on the way and people can get out and about. I have been crocheting and making a doll for a challenge on CC and an egg challenge on FF. Also am going to make pindolls for a swap.

Pancho and Maggie are doing great. The cat is so much fun and is so sweet and affectionate.

I don't know what I would do without the computer it keeps me in touch with a lot of great people far and wide.
This doily is called Tiny Hearts and was a bear to block but is still pretty with the ruffling.

Here is the doily I forgot to add today.
Long time since I have been here. Have had some snow and cold temps but no big deal.
I finished my Valentine doily today and it turned out nice. I have been made a moderator at Crafter's Community and have been having a lot of fun with the girls over there. It is an old forum and they had asked me before to be a mod so this time I said yes. I have Cross Stitch and Embroidery and Computer Help. Don't laugh I can usually find something on line if they have a problem.
The cat Pancho and Maggie our dog are doing so good together. They play (the cat usually starts it) a lot and chase each other. Having Pancho has really changed our household we are laughing a lot more.
Went to Joann's the other day to get doll making stuff and they do not carry any of it. I was surprised at that since they have so much. I have made dolls in the past and am trying to start again. I like the cloth dolls the best. I have found a lot at Dollmaker sites for free patterns.

The New Year's day is gone and now for the onslaught of more winter. It snowed overnight and the wind is really blowing.
We watched some games but mostly I watched Lifetime movies in the kitchen.
Maggie and Pancho are getting along pretty well, much better than I thought they would. The cat jumps over Maggie and it happens so fast she doesn't know what to think. She has only gotten mad at him once and it was his fault for squeezing her face in his paws. I am going to try and trim his nails today. He isn't a destructive cat and I will not have his claws removed.
I have finished my dark red doily but have to starch it and block it, is really pretty. Now I am going to make a Valentine pin doll for a swap at Crafter's Community. They asked me to moderate so I am on for Cross Stitch and Embroidery, and Computer Help. They are a bunch of nice ladies there. Have a Happy New Year folks.

Well the big day is almost here. I just have to wrap the packages and put them under the tree. I have made cookies - spritz, sugar cookies. Magic Cookie bars. fudge, etc. I will probably make some peanut butter fudge next week too.

We have a new member of our family his name is Pancho and he is 1 year old. He is a gray and white tiger cat with mitten paws. We got him at the Humane Society Sunday and he is doing very well. He was already litter trained. Also he communicates with me very well. I can almost tell when he is hungry or wants to be held. Our dog Maggie was a little upset at first but she has accepted him and ignores him most of the time. They have played a lot and the cat swats her in the face but Maggie can't feel it because the cat only weighs 7 pounds. LOL. This is the first cat I have had and I am old but I am really happy I picked him because he fit right in. I am posting his photo.

Have a great Christmas if you happen to read this beforehand

I had to frog the Bell doily I had one too many bells in it. So I am starting over. I enjoyed making it so I don't mind doing it again.
DD daughter was here today we had chili and brownies. Saw the cat Liza when we took her home, what a sweetie.
I have more cards to do tomorrow for some other friends. Have received a few so far.
Penney's sent me a $10.00 certificate to use on any purchase of $10.00 or more. How sweet was that? Anyway we are going to Tuttle Monday and do more shopping.
It has warmed up and a lot of the snow has melted and now it is sprinkling.
